多二十二日就是渣打馬拉松。how prepared?
ah KiaT used the real run 2009 as a preparation for the marathon.
it was a great run.
Non of his running buddies wanted to run.
wayne & ben both did the 10km distance.
hence, together with his mp3 player, ah KiaT ran alone.
those 粵語 songs were music to the ears, which motivates and push ah KiaT all the way to the finishing line.
it was quite tough actually, especially the last 5km.
apart from the 3 water breaks that ah KiaT took, he managed to ran non-stop throughout!
a finish time of 1:23:53 was well within the target of 1:30!
why tough during the last 5km?
ah KiaT took 52minutes for the first 10km. Thus u can visualise why the last 5km was kinda slower.
the run was tough. the heart rate was constantly at a 90-94%
SO HIGH!
Practise for Standard Chartered is still in process.
ah KiaT shall use back the tried & tested, but very tough 13+1 theory.
3 phases of 13KM run followed by a 1KM rest walk.
it's gonna be tough, but together with his friends they shall complete the race together.

ah KiaT realised from young he loves to run,
from those cross country result in sec schools to now.

2009 is the year ah KiaT really run alot.

recovery is more important than training.

ah KiaT really likes pasta.
