跑一跑

this sunday, the REAL run. 15km.

ah KiaT is training well, clocking close to that mileage in his routine training.

afew mondays training with the Hotstuffs, and the next few mondays of absence, ah KiaT had to make up for loss time by running at night.

跑步其实不難。

it's not just the mental strength but also the posture and techniques that made running easy and enjoyable.

it's a bless that ah KiaT enjoy running from young. progressing from short runs, to cross country, to marathons.

有冇有人要隨我一起跑？

make running more interesting and enjoyable.

do beware of sports injury.

do plenty of warm up before run.

but do not confuse warm up with stretching.

do the right thing!

time to hear some songs again...

on a sunday evening,

its the best time to sit back and reminisce some oldies that accompany us through the years.

the first song is the chinese version.

u can rate it urself, but ah KiaT prefers the 2nd one which is the cantonese version.

ah KiaT feels that cantonese language matches the rhythm and complement the song better.

the last song is ah KiaT's all time favourite, from his favourite singer from HK.

麻将真的是靠功夫,靠脑筋,靠运气.
只需要四个小伙伴,就能开桌.

有天份的伙子,看一看就学会.
没天份的,学了几年,到了后青春才学会一点.

一开桌,连打五六圈也没问题,
通宵不吃不睡成仙都行.

这种娱乐,老少皆宜都喜爱,
但请记,
小赌于情,大赌回归于龄.
一毛两毛刚刚好.

需要花时它不来,
要做平胡偏偏来.
牌品要好,好朋友自然会来.
大三圆大四喜任你挑.

麻将学问多,
所谓要付学费才学会.
幸好周围的好伙伴都爱玩,
电话一响,迅速飞到.

吃饭睡觉都想你.

到处都可以看到你.
在人们的家里,在度假屋,你都会出现.

its finally back!

managed to get the GOLD in IPPT once again,
after 2 years of failure.
of course, being Cat Y helps too haha.

the decision to take IPPT during ICT prove fruitful as ah KiaT trained during this period, though its only once in afew days. too lazy, NS man mindset.

the speed cycling definitely works,
ah KiaT's weak limbs managed to endure all the way,
9.56minutes!

time to rest at home,
very fast, it's last day at KFCC tomorrow,
my 3rd In Camp will end.
it should have been 4th if ah KiaT didnt defer the 1st one,
and now with the unit slowly becoming extinct,
ah KiaT wonders if he can last the whole NS cycle as a PTI.

a slow and beautiful saturday morning,
if only ah KiaT is at the swimming pool now,
enjoying a glass of ice lemon tea.

arrgh,
i miss hong kong.
